What Is a Time Capsule?
A Time Capsule is a video or message you record today and lock until a specific future date. On the unlock date, your capsule is revealed to you — and optionally to the entire Ecliptiq community — complete with a live countdown timer leading up to the moment.
Schedule the Reveal
Choose any future date and time for your capsule to unlock. Ecliptiq sends reminder notifications as the reveal approaches so no one misses the moment.
Community Themes
Select a visual theme for your capsule — Cosmic, Sunset, Ocean, or Forest — to set the mood. Public capsules appear on the community timeline and build anticipation with a shared countdown.
AI Letter to Your Future Self
Use the built-in AI Letter Generator to compose a personalised letter to your future self, automatically tailored to the date and theme of your capsule.
